1. The files are free

Every design on DuoWallpapers is free to download as one 2892 × 2034 master. There is no account, no payment, no access code and no subscription. The site is funded by advertising.

2. Your license

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to download and use the files as wallpapers on devices you own or personally control, for personal, non-commercial use.

You may set the files as wallpapers, keep personal backups, and crop, resize or recolour them for your own device.

You may not sell, sublicense, rent, share or redistribute the files; use them in advertising, merchandise, client work or any other commercial context without our written permission; claim authorship of the artwork; or present the files as your own product.

3. Intellectual property

We keep all copyright and other rights in the artwork and the site. "iPhone" and "Apple" are trademarks of Apple Inc. DuoWallpapers is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Apple Inc. or Microsoft.

4. Advertising and third parties

The site displays Google AdSense ads. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites; you can opt out of personalised advertising in Google's ad settings. Ads are labelled, and they are never placed inside the simulator or the download flow. See the Privacy Policy for what is processed.

5. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site and downloads available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Hosting or CDN outages can interrupt downloads. We may add, change or retire individual designs, and we may change these terms; the current version is always on this page.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

The files and site are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that a wallpaper will fit every device, OS version or future model, although every file is exported at the size stated on the design page.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or loss of data arising from use of the site or files. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
